Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not yet been shipped. You can track your order status online — if it hasn't been dispatched, request a cancellation by contacting our support team.

We take great care in sourcing, storing, and delivering high-quality products. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

How to request a return

2Do not use the product until our customer service team reviews the case.

3Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may involve visiting your nearest Macstore Nepal outlet.

Important return conditions

Returns accepted only for damaged or defective products

Product must be in original packaging with price tags, labels, and invoices

Returns for reasons other than damage or defect will not be accepted
